EZ Bake Ribs (as seen on Sonoran Living)
EZ bake fall off the bone rib recipe by Danky’s Bar-B-Q:
Ingredients: Baby Back Ribs (1 slab)
Kosher Salt
Ground Black Pepper
Sugar
Coca-Cola
Foil
BBQ Sauce
1. If necessary, remove membrane from ribs. Some come w/o the membrane (you can ask the butcher at the meat department they will know)
2. Place ribs in pan on grate. Fill pan with Coca-Cola until it almost reaches the grate.
3. Lightly season ribs with salt, pepper, and sugar, cover pan with foil.
4. Bake at 250 for about 2 hours (until ribs are very tender may take longer depending on size/quantity of ribs)
5. Uncover pan, add BBQ sauce over ribs, broil until desired char (usually about 5 minutes)
You can omit step five and finish ribs on grill for a back yard BBQ char flavor.
